Before your reading is written
If you change your mind within 1 hour of ordering and your reading has not yet been written, contact us and we'll issue a full refund.
After your reading is delivered
Because each reading is personally prepared and digitally delivered, we do not offer refunds once your reading has been sent. If you feel something went meaningfully wrong, please write to us at hello@seraphinavalone.com — we read every message and will make it right where we can.

If a reading is not delivered to your inbox within one hour of purchase, contact us and we'll resend it or refund you in full.
