3. Delivery
Readings are delivered to your inbox within minutes of your payment clearing, and are also shown on your result page. If a reading has not arrived, please contact us at hello@seraphinavalone.com.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in AUD and processed in your chosen currency at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order.
5. Conduct
We reserve the right to decline or refund any order at our discretion, particularly where the intake describes harm to yourself or another person.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order.
